Q: Is there any cost associated with registration?
A: Registration as a visitor is completely free. No cost will be charged online or upon entry to the event. 2018 Registrations will be opening soon.
Q: What are the requirements for registration?
A: As a trade event SILMO Sydney is not open to the public, however retailers and practitioners are more than welcome to attend, simply register online.
Q: What if I am a wholesaler/ distributor (non-exhibiting company)?
A: Non-exhibiting wholesalers will be allowed access to the fair from 2pm daily, and are not permitted to conduct business on the fair floor (aka suitcasing or canvassing). Expertise Events (the Organiser) reserves the right to escort any attendee from the event floor if they are reported to be soliciting business at the fair, and are not an exhibitor. If you are escorted from the fair, you will not be allowed to attend any future events.
Q: I have registered but I haven’t been sent a visitor pass?
A: Visitor passes will all be sent at once around two weeks prior to the event via the email you registered with.
Q: Can I bring the kids for a fun filled day out at SILMO Sydney?
A: SILMO Sydney is a trade only event, it would be preferred that children not attend, however if there is no alternative you may bring children.
Q: How do I get to SILMO Sydney?

Q: What bags are permitted to the event?
A: Visitors will only be able to bring bags the size of, or smaller than a standard suitcase. Anything larger we will require be stored in our complimentary cloak room.
Q: Registration has closed online, can I still attend?
A: If you forgot to register online that is fine, please proceed to the registration desk at the event to complete your registration on the day and receive your entry pass.
